The automatic spraying and baking line for aluminum POTS is a professional production line for surface coating and curing treatment of aluminum POTS, and is widely used in the field of cookware manufacturing. This production line, through the coordination of automated equipment and standardized processes, realizes the integrated operation of aluminum pot spraying and baking, effectively enhancing the surface quality of the products and production efficiency, and ensuring the durability, aesthetics and functionality of the aluminum POTS.
I. Core Equipment Composition
The automatic spraying and baking line for aluminum POTS mainly consists of a pretreatment system, a spraying system, a baking system, an automatic conveying system and a control system. The pretreatment system includes a degreasing tank, an acid washing tank, a neutralization tank and water washing equipment, which can effectively remove oil stains, oxide films and impurities on the surface of aluminum POTS and enhance the adhesion of the coating. The spraying system is equipped with a multi-axis mechanical arm and a dedicated spray gun, which can automatically adjust the spraying Angle, speed and coating output volume according to the shape and size of the aluminum pot. The baking system adopts a tunnel oven. Through precise temperature control and hot air circulation, the coating after spraying cures and takes shape rapidly. The automated conveying system is composed of chains, slide rails and fixtures, and is responsible for the smooth transmission of aluminum POTS between various processes. The control system monitors the operating parameters of each device in real time to ensure the stability and order of the production process.
Ii. Standardize work processes
The aluminum pot first enters the pretreatment system, where oil stains are removed in sequence in the degreasing tank, the oxide film is dissolved in the acid washing tank, and the surface pH is adjusted in the neutralization tank. Finally, it is thoroughly cleaned and dried by the water washing equipment. The processed aluminum POTS are conveyed into the spraying area by an automated conveying system. The mechanical arm drives the spray gun to evenly spray the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum POTS according to the preset program, ensuring complete coating coverage and that the thickness meets the standard. The aluminum pot that has been sprayed is immediately conveyed to the baking system. Under high-temperature conditions, the resin and other components in the coating undergo cross-linking reactions, forming a strong and wear-resistant paint film. After cooling and temperature reduction, the aluminum pot enters the quality inspection stage. Qualified products are sorted and packed, while unqualified ones are dealt with separately for repair. The entire process requires little human intervention and realizes automated production from raw materials to finished products.
