The suspended spraying line is a professional production line that uses a suspended conveying device to achieve continuous and automated spraying operations of workpieces. It is often used in the manufacturing fields of automotive parts, metal furniture, home appliance shells, etc. This production line, through the coordinated operation of automated equipment and standardized processes, can effectively enhance the efficiency and quality of workpiece spraying, and improve the aesthetic appeal and protective performance of the product surface.
I. Core Equipment Composition
The suspended spraying line mainly consists of a suspended conveying system, pretreatment equipment, spraying system, drying and curing equipment, and control system. The suspended conveying system is composed of suspended chains, drive devices, lifting gear, etc. It can suspend the workpieces and smoothly convey them to each process station. The pretreatment equipment includes degreasing tanks, water washing tanks, phosphating tanks, etc., which are used to remove oil stains, rust and impurities on the surface of the workpieces and enhance the adhesion of the coating. The spraying system is equipped with spray guns, coating supply devices and atomization equipment. According to the shape of the workpiece and the spraying requirements, the spraying parameters are adjusted to achieve uniform spraying. Drying and curing equipment mostly adopts tunnel ovens or drying rooms, which rapidly dry and cure the coating through heating. The control system conducts real-time monitoring and adjustment of the operating parameters of all the equipment along the line to ensure the stable progress of production.
Ii. Standardize work processes
The workpieces are first fixed on the lifting gear of the suspended conveying system and then enter the pretreatment area in sequence along with the chain. In the degreasing tank, the oil stains on the surface of the workpiece are removed. After being rinsed in the water washing tank, it enters the phosphating tank for chemical treatment to form a phosphating film, further enhancing the adhesion of the coating. The workpieces that have completed the pretreatment are conveyed to the spraying area. The spray guns of the spraying system spray the workpieces in all directions according to the preset program to ensure uniform coverage of the coating. After spraying, the workpieces are immediately sent to the drying and curing equipment. Under suitable temperature and time conditions, the solvents in the coating evaporate and the resin cross-links and cures, forming a firm paint film. Finally, after cooling and temperature reduction, the workpieces undergo quality inspection. Qualified products are removed from the lifting gear for subsequent packaging or transportation, while unqualified ones are repaired. The entire process has a high degree of automation, achieving a continuous operation of the workpiece from pretreatment to spraying and curing.
