1. Close the main power switch on the power drum transmission line and check whether the power supply of the equipment is fed normally and whether the power indicator is on. 

Proceed to the next step after normal. 

2. The power drum transmission line is closed to the power switch of each circuit to check whether it is normal or not. 

In the normal state, the equipment does not operate, the operation indicator of the power drum transmission line is not on, the power indicator of the frequency converter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the frequency converter displays normally.

3. The power drum transmission line starts the electrical equipment in turn according to the technological process. After an electrical equipment on the power drum transmission line starts normally, the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state, and then start the next electrical equipment. 

4. Secondly, it should be noted that all kinds of personnel of Xinfeng power drum transmission line are not allowed to touch the movement part of the power drum transmission line, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch electrical components, control buttons and so on. 

5. After that, the later stage of the frequency converter cannot be cut off during the operation of the power drum transmission line, and if the need for maintenance is determined, it can only be carried out when the frequency conversion operation is stopped, otherwise the frequency converter may be damaged.
