The automated control system monitors the parameters of each link throughout the process to ensure the stability of the process.

During production, the inner tank is first cleaned and surface activated through the pretreatment system, and then enters the anodic oxidation tank for oxidation reaction to form an oxide film of the specified thickness. The oxidized inner tank enters the sealing equipment for processing. Finally, it undergoes water washing, drying and quality inspection. The qualified products proceed to the next process. Compared with traditional processing methods, the anodizing line realizes automated continuous production, effectively improving production efficiency. At the same time, it ensures the uniform quality of the oxide film on the inner pot, providing a reliable guarantee for the quality of the inner pot of the rice cooker.
