The non-stick pan high-temperature tunnel oven is a professional equipment specially designed for the curing process of non-stick pan coatings and is widely used in the cookware manufacturing industry. As a core link in the non-stick pan production line, this equipment promotes the rapid curing and shaping of the non-stick coating after spraying through a stable high-temperature environment and scientific heat transfer methods, enhancing the adhesion, wear resistance and non-stick performance of the coating, and ensuring that the quality of non-stick pan products meets the standards.

I. Core Structure and Composition

The non-stick pan high-temperature tunnel furnace is mainly composed of the furnace body, heating system, temperature control system, hot air circulation system and conveying system. The furnace body adopts a double-layer insulation structure. The inner layer is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel, which can effectively resist high-temperature corrosion. The outer layer is wrapped with insulation materials to reduce heat loss. The heating system mostly adopts methods such as electric heating, gas heating or heat transfer oil heating, providing a stable heat source according to production requirements. The temperature control system is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors and intelligent controllers, which can monitor the temperature inside the furnace in real time and precisely adjust the heating power to keep the temperature inside the furnace within the set range. The hot air circulation system, through fans and deflector devices, promotes the circulation of hot air within the furnace to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace. The conveying system usually adopts a mesh belt type or chain type conveying device to smoothly convey the non-stick pans after spraying through the tunnel furnace, completing the curing process.

Ii. Working Principle and Process

The non-stick pans after spraying are sent into the entrance of the high-temperature tunnel furnace by the conveying system. Driven by the conveying device, they pass through the interior of the furnace at a constant speed. After the heating system is activated, the temperature inside the furnace is rapidly raised to the required temperature for coating curing. For instance, polytetrafluoroethylene coatings typically need to be cured at a high temperature of 350℃ to 400℃. The hot air circulation system enables the hot air to continuously circulate within the furnace, fully contacting the surface of the non-stick pan and evenly transferring heat to the coating. This promotes cross-linking reactions among the resin and other components in the coating, forming a dense non-stick coating. The temperature control system monitors the temperature of different areas inside the furnace in real time. Once there is a temperature fluctuation, it immediately adjusts the heating power to ensure the stable progress of the curing process. When the non-stick pan reaches the exit of the tunnel furnace, the coating has been completely cured and is then conveyed to the cooling area for cooling treatment.
