2. Managers change frequently: factories usually equip each production line with special personnel for maintenance, but due to multiple reasons, production line managers change more frequently. 

Frequent changes also lead to omissions in handover, which eventually lead to flaws in the management of the production line.

3. Managers do not understand equipment: during the long-term maintenance, we found that the production line managers of many factories did not understand the equipment they were responsible for, which resulted in that even if there were problems, they could not find them in time. 

As the infrastructure of enterprise production and processing, the production line needs professional maintenance and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the line. 

For the minor problems found, we should follow up and deal with them in a timely manner. if the technicians in the factory can not solve them, we need to give feedback to the equipment manufacturers and repair them by our professional installers.
