Charging station production line
The charging station production line is an intelligent production system integrating component processing, core assembly, debugging and testing, and aging tests. It covers all categories of charging stations, including AC charging stations, DC charging stations, fast charging stations, and slow charging stations.
The core of the production line includes: charging station speed-up chain assembly line, core module assembly line, main control board welding line, cable integration line, and complete machine assembly line. It is also equipped with shell processing line, aging test line, waterproof detection line, and finished product conveying line. It precisely completes the installation of charging station modules, circuit integration, interface debugging, etc. It focuses on controlling insulation performance, charging efficiency, and protection level, and takes into account multiple scenarios such as household, commercial, bus stops, and charging stations, fully covering all key links in the production chain of charging stations.
